Molecular Biology Research Lab
The Molecular Biology Laboratory of the Biotechnology Department is equipped to support advanced teaching and research in genetic and cellular studies. The lab facilitates experiments involving DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, gel electrophoresis, cloning, and gene expression analysis. It is furnished with modern instruments such as thermal cyclers, electrophoresis units, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and biosafety cabinets. The laboratory provides hands-on training to students, enabling them to understand molecular techniques and their applications in healthcare, agriculture, and research. It also supports interdisciplinary projects and promotes innovation in the field of life sciences.
