The Library of the Institute is a knowledge center. The Central Library of NIT Arunachal Pradesh was established in August 2010. The library has a good number of books and journals, which are supplemented on a regular basis. It has a rich collection of information resources mainly in engineering, science, and management. Reading room facilities are available for thirty students. Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) service through Libsys, E-Books, and E-Journals access facilities is also available in the Central Library. The Central Library currently holds over 34000+ volumes, 4900+ titles, along with print journals and print magazines.
