Dr. Swarnendu Kumar Chakraborty is an Associate Professor and Dean (Academics) in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Arunachal Pradesh, India. With over 15 years of teaching experience, he has been actively involved in mentoring both Ph.D. and M.Tech scholars since 2016. His research interests lie in advanced error control, cryptography, network security and information security, focusing on developing secure communication protocols and enhancing data integrity in FANET. Dr. Chakraborty has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in reputed journals and conferences. Apart from his research contributions, Dr. Chakraborty plays a pivotal role in curriculum development, academic administration and fostering a research-driven education environment at NIT Arunachal Pradesh. As Dean (Academics), he is responsible for shaping academic policies, enhancing the quality of education and implementing initiatives to promote collaborative research and industry-academia partnerships. With a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and research, he continues to influence and inspire students and researchers, contributing significantly to the field of computer science and engineering.
