The Material Testing Laboratory of the Civil Engineering Department is equipped with modern instruments to determine the physical and mechanical properties of construction materials such as cement, aggregates, concrete, steel, and bitumen. The laboratory supports undergraduate practical courses, research activities, and consultancy work related to quality control of construction materials.
The Structural Engineering Laboratory of the Civil Engineering Department is designed to provide practical knowledge on the behavior and strength of structural elements such as beams, columns, and frames. The laboratory helps students understand theoretical concepts of structural analysis and design through experiments on reinforced concrete, steel, and other construction materials. The lab also supports undergraduate experiments, research activities, and consultancy projects related to structural safety and performance.
